Shipping and Cancellation
We at Liquidink Design store offer free shipping in India for all orders above Rs. 2000. For orders below Rs. 1000, the shipping charges are Rs. 50.
We shall dispatch orders within the time mentioned along the products (3-5 business days for regular products, of order placement and all shipping times are estimated in good faith to be anywhere between 3-10 business days depending on the location to be shipped in India.
In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.
We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Liquidink Design Store is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Liquidink Design Studio . We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We will be able to accept a cancellation request any time before we ship your order. In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall process the refund immediately following cancellation of order, subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Liquidink Design , #333, 5th Main, 5th Cross Rd, 1st Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034
In an unlikely event that that your merchandise arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order with details of the order. All complaints will be processed within 5 working days and a replacement shall be shipped to you at the earliest.
Exchange for a size can be done. For that you would need to send the goods back to the original shipper and we shall arrange for the exchange to be done after the product is received by the vendor.

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Orders once delivered, cannot be returned for refund. Art is not an impulsive buy and we don't believe it should be treated like any other commodity in the market.
